Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and business process mapping to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for technical teams.

ERP Systems
- Analyze requirements for ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
- Support ERP customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and ERP testing.

Mobile Applications
- Gather requirements for mobile app features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure mobile solutions align with user experience goals.
- Validate app features and performance against business requirements.

Project Delivery Support
- Partner with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
- Prepare test cases, UAT scripts, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, workflows, API specs).

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary link between business and technical teams.
- Provide clear communication, progress updates, and risk analysis to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP and mobile app projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
- Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle (iOS/Android) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Technical awareness of databases, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
